I’m applying for the Production Manager role at Eva Nosidam, VaynerX’s in-house production studio. I specialize in running live-action, social-first productions from pre-pro through wrap—owning scope, schedules, crew routing, vendor plans, payroll packets, insurance and permits, and driving clean hand-offs into post so multi-asset bundles ship on time and on budget. My recent slate spans campaign content, docu-shorts, and fast-turn experiential shoots for Microsoft, AT&T, Dentsu, Google, and Ally Bank—work built to travel across platforms and markets.
I thrive where creative ambition meets operational excellence. In practice, that means building executable plans, pressure-testing constraints, and keeping teams moving with clear calendars and run-of-show. I can own producer responsibilities from development, lead day-of logistics, oversee and delegate to PMs/PCs, and collaborate tightly with agency producers, creative leads, and project managers under an EP-led structure. I’m equally comfortable partnering with post producers to ensure seamless hand-offs and spec-accurate deliveries.
Operationally, I’ve worked across the U.S. over the last few years and built an extensive rolodex of trusted crew, directors, and vendors—plus growing ties with South American agency partners for near-shore resourcing. I’m ready for domestic/international travel, nights/weekends when shoots demand it, and the hybrid cadence across Hudson Yards and Long Island City. I’m energized by collaborative, cross-functional teams and take pride in tightening workflows—templates, checklists, and guardrails that help creative ship faster.
