The Sasha Group

Project Manager, Kyvon Edwin

Dear Hiring Manager,

I’m a Brooklyn-based producer and production manager with 7+ years of experience running multi-workstream projects across narrative film, branded content, documentary, and live events for partners including Microsoft, AT&T, Google, and Ally Bank. I’m drawn to The Sasha Group because you operate at the intersection of social and strategy to grow brands—the same space I’ve been working in at Willie B. Studios, where translating ideas into organized, on-time, on-budget execution is my everyday job.

At Willie B. Studios, I manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, building holistic project plans that cover scope, milestones, budgets, timelines, and resourcing. I lead kickoffs, status check-ins, creative reviews, and delivery meetings, keeping creatives, strategists, and clients aligned on what’s happening and what’s next. I maintain detailed trackers for tasks, dependencies, and approvals, and I’m comfortable adjusting plans in real time when priorities or inputs shift. The goal is always the same: clear expectations, no surprises, and work that ships at the quality level our clients expect.

I also handle the operational backbone that keeps projects healthy. I’ve worked with SOWs, vendor agreements, and releases; partnered with finance on budget tracking and invoices; and kept client-facing communication around timelines, process, and deliverables clear and transparent. Internally, I stay close to leads on project progress, budget burn, and resourcing needs, so we can make smart decisions early rather than reacting late. That balance of client communication and internal coordination is a core part of how I work.

At BRIC, where I serve as Production Coordinator, I’ve deepened my cross-functional experience by supporting major events like JazzFest and the BRIC Gala. I coordinate schedules, technical needs, work calls, and assets with operations, rentals, and production teams, then translate decisions into run-of-show documents and actionable task lists. The environment is fast-paced and high stakes, which has sharpened my ability to anticipate issues, solve problems under pressure, and keep teams focused and informed.

Across agency-style workflows—strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media—I’m the person who makes sure the plan is clear, communication is strong, and the work moves forward. I’d be excited to bring that mix of project discipline, relationship-building, and culture-aware thinking to The Sasha Group’s Project Management team.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Warmly,
Kyvon Edwin
