US MOBILE

Production Manager

Kyvon Edwin

Dear Hiring Team,

I’m applying for the Production Manager role at US Mobile. I have 3–5+ years of experience producing digital-first, social-native content for recurring formats including short-form video, explainers, product updates, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-style shoots. My background is rooted in running lean, repeatable production systems in office and studio environments. Recent clients have included AT&T, Dentsu, Google and Microsoft.

I have managed content production calendars, translated creative briefs into executable shoot plans, and built practical budgets with expense tracking and cost optimization. I’ve hired, scheduled, and coordinated small freelance crews, secured locations and equipment, maintained in-house gear inventories, and drafted clear call sheets and run-of-show documents to keep productions efficient and on schedule.

I am experienced leading day-of production in office and studio settings, maintaining ready-to-shoot setups, managing logistics, and troubleshooting lighting, audio, and scheduling issues to keep shoots on time and on budget. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require clear communication, strong set etiquette, and proactive problem solving.

On the post-production side, I’ve ingested, organized, and backed up media with clean folder structures and versioning, logged footage with usable metadata, prepared editor handoffs, tracked edit timelines, managed feedback loops, and supported final delivery including exports, captions, and platform-ready assets. I’m familiar with Google Workspace, Notion or similar production calendars, Frame.io, and basic Final Cut Pro workflows.

I bring strong operational skills, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented mindset, with a deep familiarity with social content workflows and the demands of producing high-volume, repeatable digital content. I’m excited by the opportunity to support US Mobile’s in-house content production and contribute to a scalable, modern content engine.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
Kyvon Edwin
